We offer competitive compensation and benefit packages.About the Job : As a Climate Control Products Specialist, you will support the Cargo Climate Control Products team to acquire, develop and maintain the products (QR Pharma, QR Fresh, QR Live).
You will be responsible for reviewing current Climate Control Products processes and practices and work in line with and towards compliance of Products SOPs, as well as current and applicable industry regulations for each product, such as, but not limited to IATA Temperature Control Regulations, EU GDP Regulations, IATA Perishable Cargo Regulations and IATA Live Animals Regulations.
You will establish or update governing procedures and policies around product in conjunction with Climate Control Product management and department strategic objectives, and will propose efficient methods to manage the diverse Climate Control product portfolio and provide essential support for product management in the development, growth and maintenance of product market share.
Some of the key accountability include;Work with management to steer enhancement of projects for the products portfolio.Support a streamlined and robust customer complaint handling procedure.
Develop robust and consistent internal SOPs for each product.Lead and manage contractual initiatives internally and externally with customers such as SLAs, third party agreements etc.
Assist the Product Management Managers with tenders in conjunction with Revenue Management and Pricing teams ensuring stability.
Define, agree and monitor KPIs to assure the quality targets are met and commercial success is assured.Responsible to maintain the end to end management of Active Container Portfolio.
About You : To be successful in this role you should be have a Bachelor’s Degree in any quantitative discipline. You are expected to have minimum of 5 years of job-
related experience of which 2 to 3 years should be in specialized products, in an airline cargo, ground handling, sales or freight forward environment.
You should have proven ability to analyze and interpret key data information and be able to structure complex deals. You should have strong organizing and planning skills.
You should have good knowledge of market trends and competitor awareness with comprehensive product knowledge.You should have proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) skills with high level of Presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously and to deliver tasks within tight deadlines are essential requirements of the job.
