Responsibilities :

  • Negotiating the best contracts to ensuremaximum profitability.
  • Obtaining relevantpermits and licenses.
  • Determining thenecessary resources (time, cost, labor, materials) for eachproject.
  • Hiring staff andcontractors.
  • Providing guidance andsupervision as required.
  • Assessing theprogress and performance of all workers involved.
  • Performing detailed analyses and drawing up reports forrelevant stakeholders.
  • Ensuring compliancewith all Infrastructure, Civil, and governmentalregulations.
  • Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in CivilEngineering, or similar.
  • 20 to 25 years ofexperience in Infrastructure is required.
  • Advanced understanding of construction processes,principles, materials, and tools.
  • Excellentleadership abilities.
  • Great time managementand organizational skills.
  • The ability tocommunicate clearly.
  • Good critical thinkingand problem-solving skills.
