Your Main Responsiblties Would Be

As a Warehouse Supervisor you will be responsible to Plan, Organise , direct , manage and implement inventory management policies of the organisation.

  • To identify opportunities for inventory management operations. Develop and communicate inventory management policies and procedures.
  • To Co-ordinate on Parts Pricing and Procurement from Overseas Principals.
  • To ensure Optimal Order planning and Inventory Control through sales analysis and estimation of demand.
  • To look for continuous improvements in systems and logistics of Spare Parts to reduce cost of sales.
  • To Optimize and improve Stock Turns and maintain optimum level of inventory.
  • Ensure to Update & resolve PNA cases and maintain a high first fill rate of Orders.
  • Analyze to control Back Orders and Propose countermeasures.
  • Ensure to Submit MIS and Inventory related reports on time to Management and Principals.
  • Ensure to keep Obsolescence under control and propose write off’s to the management from time to time.
  • Ensure Smooth Information flow to Service Departments on the inventory related issues and come up with resolution wherever applicable.
  • To apply for this role you should have 10 -15 years overall experience with Automotive dealerships out of which a minimum of 5 to 8 inventory controller.

  • Job-Specific Skills : Automotive dealer / distributor business processes and working knowledge of Inventory Management, Logistics and supply chain Management, ERP SAP skills;
  • KPI driven customer focused operation; ability to lead change processes; provide leadership; MS Office skills.
