Job Summary : Provide specialized advice and effective development process engineering services as a highest technical authority in the subject to Dolphin Energy Operations, including feasibility, conceptual and pre-
project studies and materials / chemicals selection in order to support all development of offshore and onshore facilities. About the Job :
Ensure efficient and cost-effective delivery of development process engineering studies (feasibility, conceptual, pre-
project) carried out for Dolphin Energy.
Manage the scope of work preparation for process studies to be carried out by engineering contractors and other third parties.
Follow-up those studies from bidding to completion stage. Approve technical documentation and deliverables submitted for Dolphin Energy approval.
Lead and conduct in-house process studies / design review and PID reviews. Evaluate and approve changes in onshore or offshore facilities operating conditions.
Participate in Safety Integrity Level (SIL) assessments, PHA and Audits. Ensure close out of process related action items.
Coordinate with other technical disciplines as required to provide responses to complex problems related to instrumentation, integrity, emissions, noise, rotating equipment, etc.
Provide process support to the Projects division as required.
Participate in costing and preparation of budgets and schedules for development studies. Ensure that development studies are performed in agreement with Dolphin Energy’s standards.
Prepare and coordinate Request For Services for Dolphin Energy’s shareholders.
Lead the establishment and updating of process engineering standards, development of design philosophies, and standard design consultancy contract framework while ensuring that development studies are performed in agreement with company standards.
Review Improvement Suggestion (IS) to identify needs of further feasibility study prior to Facility Modification Proposal (FMP) phase.
Coordinate the Engineering Service Request (ESR) related to process as part of Dolphin Energy’s Management of Change (MOC) process.
Ensure that all catalyst / adsorbent / chemical changes on onshore / offshore Dolphin Energy facilities are studied through Management of Change (MOC) process.
Prepare and review Chemical Change Notice (CCN) and Material Change Notice (MCN).
About You :
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Minimum Experience :
10 years’ relevant experience in operations and / or process engineering
