Accountable for overall successof the daily kitchen operations. Exhibits culinary talents bypersonally performing tasks while leading the staff and managingall food related functions.

Works to continually improve guest andemployee satisfaction while maintaining the operating budget.Supervises all kitchen areas to ensure a consistent, high qualityproduct is produced.

Responsible for guiding and developing staffincluding direct reports. Must ensure sanitation and food standardsare achieved.


Education andExperience

  • High schooldiploma or GED; 4 years experience in the culinary, food andbeverage, or related professional area.
  • 2-year degree from an accredited university in CulinaryArts, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 2 yearsexperience in the culinary, food and beverage, or relatedprofessional area.
