Job Purpose :
Responsible to sell products using technical, organizational and customer knowledge to influence customers and assist them in applying the products to their needs, resulting in revenue generation and achieving the Set Target.
Principal Accountabilities :
External Role :
1)Visiting clients for promotion, marketing
2)Generating enquiries and sales leads.
3)Conducting demonstrations, evaluation & presentations.
4)Conducting trainings operation and application
5)Cold call visits, Enquiries generation, preparation of quotes, tenders & RFQ.
6)Payment follow up with customer for supplying items & instrument after delivery & installation.
7)After sales services for Shimadzu, Restek, Kratos.
Technical Responsibilities :
1)Regular and timely plan preventive maintenance to meet Health Authority / Quality Control policies and regulations
2)Regular and timely corrective actions for breakdown calls
3)Arrange deliveries of spare parts received in stimulating time.
4)Arrange pre-installation requirements for free commitment or local supply of Instrument ordered.
5)Application support for the Lab technician
6)Develop a good customer relationship
7)Selling and promotion of service contract for the different product handled
8)Achieving the target revenue for the whole year.
9)Installation of all the products trained.
10)Attendance of the training when scheduled / required
Internal Role :
1)Prepare quotations in coordination with the OSD
2)Placing orders to the concerned purchase coordinator
3)Coordinate with the warehouse for the timely deliveries
4)Coordination with service team to ensure complete installation
Communication with principal companies :
1)Seeking technical support.
2)Sending market analysis and feedback about competition
Minimum Qualification :
