Sales Supervisor is responsible to the day-to- day supervision of showroom / retail outlet in line with compliance overall company retail policies and procedures.

The main focus for the sales supervisory post is a successful implementation of consumer care and performance of the showroom / retail outlet by increasing sales and staff professionalism by following-up training and development activities in the showroom.


  • DRI : Direct responsible for all operations inside the location / store (Perfume & Cosmetics Section)
  • Build strong customers’ relations and respond to consumer inquiries and complaints.
  • Monitor sales activities to ensure target achievements
  • Supervise staff engage in sales, inventory-taking and consumer services.
  • Examine products received for merchandize or for storage to assess the condition of each item.
  • Record and report summary of sales and requisitions
  • Implement safety, health and security rules.
  • Conduct follow-up training implementation of sales and consumer service.
  • Supervise required sales operations such as cleaning, organizing shelves, displays and selling.
  • Suggest future sales forecasts, volumes to maximize profits
  • Maintain awareness of market trends in retail industry to better understand consumer initiatives and buying patterns.
  • Monitor and report local competitor initiatives and activities and write comprehensive reports to Business manager about it
  • Other works related to sales and retail operation as deemed necessary.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Certificate in Retail Knowledge or Professional Degree in Retail Management
  • At least 2 years work experience in related retail operations; supervisory experience is preferred
  • Working knowledge in retail sales operation, health security and safety; staff work schedule planning, staff supervision and motivation
  • Excellent communications and people skills, strong commitment to customer service, ability to handle challenging store operation and staffing situations, ability to liaise and build a good working relationship with managers, the decision making and sense of responsibility;
  • basic Arabic is a must.
