Role and Context :
Corporate Information Security is responsible for Cyber and Information Security strategy, assessments and budgetary planning for all Ooredoo Group Operating Companies (OPCO's).
This role supports the department objectives by developing blueprints, creating strategy and assessing maturity of OPCO security functions.
The role would be responsible for planning OPCO Cyber and Information Security assessments and reviews based on the TSA (Technical Security Assessment) & Group IGF (Information Governance Frameworks.
Role Accountabilities :
Plan and execute annual maturity assessments using Ooredoo Group TSA (Technical Security Assessment) and facilitate improvement / mitigation plans.
Plan and execute annual maturity assessments using Ooredoo Group IGF (Information Security Governance Framework).
Review Cyber and information security spend for OG OPCO's.
At least 10 years’ experience in information security operations.
Expert in Telecom service / infrastructure security
Thorough understanding of Telecom (Mobile, Fixed, IT, Tetra, Signalling infrastructure) network and its security and business Continuity standards and procedures in telecom.
In depth understanding of security tools and control solutions for telecom and service provider networks.
Good knowledge of Contracts management.
Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Computer Science or Business Administration.
