  • Completing call notes and call reports as necessary and updating them in the CRM.
  • Obtaining and evaluating all relevant data to handle complaints and inquiries.
  • Recording details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.
  • Job Types : 8 hour shift, Permanent

    Experience :

  • Customer Services : 2 years (Preferred)
  • Language :

  • English & Arabic (required )
  • Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

    Salary : QAR2,500.00 - QAR4,000.00 per month
