About the Job :
Reporting to the Senior Cargo Business Analysis Officer, you will be responsible for actively conducting qualitative and quantitative analysis for the cargo department.
Analysis will be a mix of ongoing and also ad hoc responses to specific decision making issues eg; commercial deal profitability , route revenue ,shipment level costing etc.
Further, will constantly be engaged in managing and enhancing majority of the Cargo's department's MIS databases.
You will develop and maintain the Cargo MIS (Management Information System) covering all relevant KPI's for one cargo department.
You will develop and improve set of required standard reports for Cargo Management by using / upgrading existing and supporting the development of new systems and processes and you will also provide support to the annual budgeting process and ensure revenue and cost budgets for each financial year are prepared timely and shared with the Sr.
Business Analysis Officer.
About You :
You will need to have a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
You need to have strong analytical skills and advanced problem solving capabilities. You will need to have excellent communication skills in English with have advanced level Microsoft Office skills (Excel, work, power point).
You will need to have experience or knowledge working on SQL, Business modelling experience and experience in Business objects, Web intelligence and should have excellent presentation skills.
A minimum of 2 years job related experience is required. 5-6 years in a similar position out of which 03-04 years preferably in an airline is essential.
Knowledge of Cargo sales and strong quantitative abilities will be an added advantage.
