  • Responsible for the planning, organization, development, and implementation of the Change Management framework utilized during the transition process of a project.
  • This includes collaboration with the Project Management Team, Campus Representatives, and Campus Project Managers.
  • Duties and responsibilities require individuals of the CM job family to provide planning and delivery of change management deliverables, to conduct change impact analysis, to develop and implement site and organizational readiness activities, to develop and coordinate project and organizational communications, to provide the tools and documents necessary to prepare the organization for a successful go-
  • live, to develop training materials, and to conduct training delivery.

    Skills

  • A Bachelor degree in IT or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of Experience.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Presentation skills.
  • Ability to prioritise and plan effectively.
