Role Purpose :
This team acts as a pivotal point of communication between Product practice (New Product Development), GT (Group Technology), and GE (Group Enterprise) design and operation functions, as well as any external service providers to support with any new service introduction across GECO (Group Enterprise Commercial Operations) footprint.
Product On-Boarding aims to create service readiness for new products and services built for global customers. The team interacts with all operational teams that support the customer (Global Service desks, Customer on-
boarding teams and Supporting Vendors) to build an efficient workflow resulting in maximized customer experience
What you will do :
Engage with project manager / Product practice to ensure work flow and timeline smoothness.
Assemble accurate documents including low level processes (Incident, change, service request, configuration, etc...) and support models specific to new and upgraded VGE products and services.
Ensure all relevant portals and services are integrated and ready for use.
Set up new product profile on all required intra-systems.
Ensure Service desk readiness globally.
Create guidelines and kits for customer on-boarding teams across different centers.
Ensure all operational stakeholders are aligned and trained to support the new product
Ensure all relevant documents are updated and shared centrally with Central knowledge management team for future reference
Join us if you have :
At least 6+ years of relevant experience, preferably gained in a global technology / shared services environment
4+ years in project management or process improvement field
Knowledge of Agile Principles and process improvement.
Direct experience of having managed off shoring projects, working in a matrix environment within a global team
Fluency in English
University / college degree preferably in Computer Science / MIS ; MBA is an advantage
Ability to function in a rapidly changing environment with levels of ambiguity.
Excellent communication skills and ability to resolve conflict efficiently, and to drive and influence change
