They also take note of ordererrors and problems in order to develop resolutions.
The Planner looks into customer issues and order problemsin order to develop solutions for them. They respond to customerfeedback and complaints by developing new systems and methods thatprevent these occurrences.
They work with customer service in orderto notify customers of backorders and other issues.
