We have an upcoming Recruitment Event in San Salvador , El Salvador for Spanish speaking Customer Services Agent for Qatar Airways Customer Contact Center based in Doha, Qatar.
We are looking for candidates with natural flair of delivering unforgettable customer service in the Contact Center. As a Customer Services Agent, you will deliver excellent customer service to Qatar Airways customers via telephone, email and fax.
In this role, you will respond to the customers in a professional manner with the objective of achieving customer satisfaction, generating revenue and taking all possible measures to avoid loss of revenue.
In addition, you will be making new reservations and changes to existing reservations for customers. You will provide quotations with correct fares, rules of carriages and issue / re-
issue tickets as well as process refunds.
The vacancy is based in Qatar with specific requirement for Spanish speaking candidates.
About You :
Fresh graduate with hospitality background are welcome, as well as candidates with work experience in the field of customer service, hotel and travel industry.
Contact Centre experience is an advantage but not a must. If you are high school educated then you should have a minimum of 2 years experience in customer services in an airline / travel industry or other work area with a hospitality focus.
You are warm, cheerful, interactive, service oriented, can handle pressure and can generously be patient to deal with different passengers coming from different walks of life.
You have pleasing personality and possess excellent Spanish & English communication. The role requires you to work on shift.
