Ensure proper implementation ofall pre-commissioning / commissioning disciplines requirementaccording to the contract
Review thepreparation of pre-commissioning / commissioning procedures andreporting tools prepared by contractors (such as but not limitedto : including technical database, planning, punch lists control andfollow-up of the disciplines concerned).
Items as ICSS SAT, PackageSAT, Instrument FTS loops, OTPs, UCP, F&G detectors, will be part of INS-ICSS scope
Promote safety within the commissioning activities andverifies that safety procedures are implemented and follow byContractor and Company
Maximize onshorecommissioning and minimize lost time due to interfaces
Coordinate with other project entities / disciplines / existing facilities
Ensure that the lists ofpre-commissioning and commissioning procedures are fullycomprehensive, including operational test procedures
Ensure that Prior TOM preservation and Prior first oilpreservation procedures are fully comprehensive and wellapplied
Ensure that the INS-ICSS commissioningspare parts, consumables equipment, special tools, etc. aresufficient and available in time
