Specificresponsibilities and duties may include, but are not limited to thefollowing : Candidate must have minimum 4+ years of experience inthe preparation and presentation of Filipino cuisines as per thelocation and menu requirements Prepare daily requisition for thenext day kitchen supplies considering forecasted man-days, menu,stock in balance in the kitchen and available items in stores.
Ensure that the food is prepared as per the planned menu and inline with the instructions received from head chef. Ensure thatwastage control measures are in place and are complied with.
Assisthead chef in menu costing. Ensure all work is carried out incompliance with the Quality, Health, Safety and Environmentmanagement system.
