Build and enhance quality management systems focused on clientsatisfaction, business process standardization, reliability andeffectiveness.
Coaches and supports project teamswith implementation of the basic Lean tools and continuousimprovement programs.
Teach, practice, develop& improve the company Lean methodology.
Maylead and train Engineers and Superintendents to run effectivePlanning sessions, weekly Planning sessions and Daily Stand-upsessions through a lead / co-facilitate / coach model.
Challenges project team members and employees to identify, removeand resolve constraints that prevent the team from fulfillingcommitments.
Develop Lean improvement initiativeswhich achieve project deliverables.
Facilitate Leanevents (structured team problem solving activities).
Report improvement projects status to plans at regularintervals.
Use process mapping and value flowanalysis when appropriate.
Deliver stable / steadyimprovement with standard work and simple / visual controls.
Maintains level of standards of lean tools used among theproject’s team.
Serves as an ongoingresource for assigned projects and employees to help identifyopportunities for improvement.
