Reportingto the Recruitment and Immigration, Section Head must be a provenleader with the skills and expertise necessary to support theRecruitment and Immigration Department in fully implementing theCollege’s mission and vision.

Duties &Responsibilities : This position requires anenergetic and enthusiastic individual, who will provide input tothe development of the yearly plan for Recruitment, as well ascollaborate with the Recruitment and Immigration Section Head andall Department and School Heads to develop CNA-Q’s annual workforceplan.
Candidates will develop interview questions andassessment methods, conduct interviews as well as ensuring the useof the appropriate techniques and facilitating the hiring of themost suitable candidate.
The candidate will also maintain a pool ofqualified candidates for each position advertised from theapplications that have been received.
The successful candidate willcontribute to organising and attending recruitment events and jobfairs to meet with potential candidates and promote CNA-Q to thelocal and international market.
The successful candidate willdevelop conditional offers, acceptance / rejection letters and engagewith candidates in a timely manner, in alignment with CNA-Q’sestablished policies and procedures and processes.
Responsibilitiesalso include supporting the Recruitment and Immigration SectionHead in the development of an overall Qatarization Plan, whichincludes Qatarization targets and determine which positions can beQatarized.
As well as developing a Qatari Talent pool, ensuringhigh-level candidates are sourced and managed. The RecruitmentSpecialist will liaise with Government Agencies and GovernmentEmployment Portals to support Promoting the recruitment andretention of Qatari nationals.
