DohaPermanentDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES1. Cleans and supplies all assigned guest rooms and bathrooms to the standard lay down in the service standard manual.
2. Cleans guest hallways and stations in assigned areas to the standard laid down in the service standard manual3. Cleans, stocks and set up store rooms and linen room pantries to the standard lay down in the service standard manual.
4. Uses and maintains all equipments to the standard laid down in the service standard manual.5. Reports any loss, theft, damaged or strange behaviour / incidents to the floor supervisor.
6. Reports any maintenance requirements to the floor supervisor.7. Reports any discrepancies in room status to the floor supervisor.
8. Assists with any guest request.9. Provides and maintains the highest standard of guest care and service10. Maintains high standard of personal hygiene and grooming at all times11.
Ensures that your designated uniforms are worn well pressed and in good state of repair and to ensure that wear a name badge at all times.
12. Familiarizes yourself with housekeeping departmental service performance & product standards and to be able to demonstrate their application consistently.
13. Ensures good knowledge of all hotel facilities and be able to answer guest questions in a quick, polite and helpful manner.
