Establishacceptance of designs with client Engineering team & endusers. Translating and conveying impact of process and systemchanges to bottom line and articulating the benefits &value to the customer.
Establish single pointof contact with key customer project and operations leadership toconvey the design philosophy.
Carry outdetailed business process analysis with the customer up to thefunctional level.
Lead an agile design innumber of sprints with deep interactions with end users throughworkshops and prototyping.
Proactivelyrecommend potential quality and efficiency improvements within theengineering and / or product development group.
Regularly identify & communicate risk in theproject and prepare mitigation plans.
Sharetechnical knowledge with project team, supervisor, and with own / other disciplines.
Communicate with internalteam regarding technical issues, escalating these early in theproject.
Cultivating client relationships anddriving revenue acquisition.
