  • Coordinate and supervise businessprojects in the assigned area.
  • Coordinate withDirectors and clients to plan, develop, implement, and monitor theproject development activities.
  • Assist inrecruiting and training staffs.
  • Evaluateemployee performance and implement staff developmentplans.
  • Project a positive attitude and act asthe role model for staffs.
  • Conduct one-on-onemeetings with employees to address violations of rules andregulations.
  • Maintain complete and accuratebusiness records in judicial database.
  • Attenddepartmental and area meetings to share business ideas and projectstatus information.
  • Generate business reportson weekly, quarterly and annual basis.
  • Attendnational and regional educational workshops for professionaldevelopment.
  • Stay updated on latest businesstrends.
  • Perform departmental responsibilitiesincluding trainings, operations, programming, and leadershipeducation.
  • Organize weekly staff meetings todiscuss on business updates and issues.
  • Understand employee concerns and resolve themeffectively.
