Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced Stone & Granite Production Factory Manager to manage the entire productions. This role will oversee all operations of the factory and production to meet the requirements for the company’s prestigious projects and stone sales in Qatar Market : e.
g. hotels, luxury palaces, commercial, high-end interior fit-outs
Essential Functions :
Planning, managing and controlling all factory functional departments to ensure that production (Marble & Granite) output and quality targets are achieved to the set requirements by the management.
Ensuring all production within the factory is achieving the output targets in terms of quantity, quality, yield, wastage, unit costs.
Preparing weekly production reports on achieved / look-ahead basis, which is to be coordinated with the project / Sales management team.
Controlling all the departments / production lines in the factory to ensure strict compliance to establish procedures on quality control
Develop long term & short-term plans for increasing production capacity & decreasing costs
Overseeing the operation, programming and maintenance of imported machinery.
Maintaining logbooks and upkeep of machines and developing / training operators for each specific machine
Well versed in the management of factory operations and imported machineries and plants for marble and granite production industry
Update the forecast planning schedule and prepare the cutting orders when received with drawings with actual site measurements and cross check for wastage.
Need to schedule the shop floor production.
Monitoring records and update the production related documents.
