  • Works deals assigned to the salesteam supported, prioritizing effort based on maximizing totalimpact on team productivity and profit, or as directed by the salesmanager.
  • Proactively scopes the technicalsolution required to address customer requirements, assessescustomers’ met and unmet needs, and recommends solutionsthat optimize value for both the customer and the firm.
  • Secures input from all necessary solution stakeholderswithin the customer firm. Adapts solutions, as necessary, to ensureappropriate support.
  • Coordinates closely withinternal sales, sales support, and service resources to alignsolution design with customers’ businessrequirements.
  • Secures from customer technicalstaff commitments needed to ensure a deal’s technical close.
  • Meetsassigned targets for profitable sales growth in assigned productlines, market areas, channel, or teams supported.
  • Provides coaching and professional development toteammember sales associates in order to enhance their productknowledge, technical acumen, and technical salesskills.
