Job Description

Provide PC, Laptops and server support, newhire systems setups, desktop / laptop software evaluations andupgrades.

  • Answer queries ofemployees, visitors, and clients regarding computer software orhardware operation to resolve problems.
  • Referhardware or software problems or defective products to vendors ortechnicians for service.
  • Request Quotation fornew devices including negotiation, delivery and installation. Ownthe hardware and software inventory, Licenses andpasswords.
  • Local servers backup and retentionof data as requested. Anti virus updates and virus cleaning,installation, upgrade, and maintenance.
  • Fingerprints and attendance system administration. Add / remove new fingerprints, update the reports, keep the database integrity accurateand secure.
  • Manage Mailing system,Add / Remove / Update employee profiles. Monitor Local area network andresponds to alerts.
  • Provide any help to thesystem administrator either locally or remotely to perform specifictask with high priority. Prepare evaluations for software orhardware and recommend improvements or upgrades.
