Duties :

  • Receive all studies and drawings related to new projectsand make sure they are complete.
  • Consult withthe legal advisor of the company to write or interpret certainclauses of the contracts, especially before the actual compliancestage.
  • Prepare the draft financial powers forproject managers and their assistants in cooperation with otherdepartments and submit them toGeneral Manager forapproval.
  • Preparation of detailed plans andprograms for the implementation of projects based on informationand suggestions received from managers.
  • Supervising the number of plans and programs to buy andreceive materials and participate in bringing quotations andselection of materials.
  • Cooperating withadministrative affairs to prepare the requirements of projects interms of public services such as housing requirements and the likesof it.
  • Supervising the provision of projectneeds from manpower and moving to start projects.
  • Conduct periodic visits to project sites, monitor theprogress of the projects and provide guidance to ensureimplementation of plans and progress programs.
