Doha(Bilingual Only - Arabic & English)Job Summary : We are looking for bi-lingual medical professionals to join 24 / 7 customer support call center.
You will be the first point of contact and act as the face of the company for any customer questions, clarifications or concerns.
You will be working with a young and energetic team of agents processing inbound and outbound interactions in the 24 hour operations.
Principle Accountability : Assist clients and customers over the phone and email for any questions or concerns about their medical insurance coverageCommunicate with internal and external stakeholders (inbound and outbound) to assist, resolve or speed up any client issues or concerns Receive, review and register customer claims, reports, documents Receive, respond to, review and escalate any customer complaints Follow company rules, regulations and policiesMinimum Qualifications & Experience : 1.
Medical Degree (Paramedics, Nurse or Pharmacists)2. Minimum qualification required is Bachelors3. Customer service or call center exp of min 2 yearsRequirements : 1.
Fluent in Arabic and English2. Good communication, Listening & inter-personal skills3. Able to work in shifts (24 / 7).4.
