About Your Job
As a Manager Facilities, you will support the core operations and contribute to the strategic initiatives of the Department.
You will be required to manage the day to day operations of the residential facilities, ensure least failures in service related issues with maximum utilization of available resources.
You will participate in setting objectives, plan development and performance review of Facility operations, implement and manage the maintenance program based on best practices, study the opportunity, analyse cost and benefits, prepare business case documentation and reports.
You will also oversee the day to day maintenance of Residential and commercial properties by assigning tasks to staff and will have to monitor Service Providers.
You will have to manage projects for various buildings, manage relationships with building owners, prepare new lease contract terms and manage high stakeholders / tenants on all matters related to Facilities Management.
You will need to monitor occupancy in various buildings in compliance with Company standards and policies with reviewing operation facilities, assist in monitoring the Facilities Management contractual operational agreement, add value and increase productivity with making cost saving for the section.
You will be involved in planning and managing relevant standard operating procedures for emergency planning, undertake regular site visit to properties and carry out inspections and be able to prepare site inspection reports.
On a management level you will enhance the organizational decision making with regards to Corporate Services operations by establishing procedures to ensure quality information, documentation, knowledge and analysis are effectively retained, organized, accessible and disseminated.
You will also create contingency plans with strategic plans in view for any operational or developmental requirements and be a key player in being the facilitator between the department and IT for the system software implementation and development.
You will need to hold a bachelor degree or equivalent, preferably in Hotel Management , Tourism or Hospitality with a minimum of 8 year’s job related experience.
You should have managed a team and communication skill in English is a must. Arabic speaking skills will be preferred.
