JobObjective To lead and manage a team of CSRs allocated for theproject
Ensure the team is read and prepared tohandle customer calls, emails, Chat etc
anddeliver expected quality of service.
Job Rolesand Responsibilities :
Manage the team members inall aspects of the service delivery
Ensureproject updates are share with the team on timely manner
Ensure Staff is meeting company policy and proceduresEnsuring the Project targets and KPIs are met on daily basis.Interact with other teams to ensure smooth working of theproject.
Couch and counsel team members as andwhen required.
