Job Description

C. I. & H.Ed Consultant responsible for achieving the country sales targets and creating new business opportunities within Corporate and Higher Education Sectors according to WORKSPACE business plan.

C. I. & H.Ed Consultant further ensures profitable growth and identifies strategies to improve short- and long-term sales.

C. I. & H.Ed Consultant leads, manages, and executes an entire sales process as well as coordinates sales activities of the team of Associate Consultants

Job duties include, but are not limited to :

  • Generating sales volume, driven by a strong ambition to achieve the expected results
  • of the business unit

  • Promoting and developing company’s brand as a full solution provider and representing
  • our company’s core values

  • Acting as an expert within Corporate and Higher Education Interiors Sectors providing
  • customers with solutions that meet their needs and desires

  • Developing specific plans / strategies to ensure revenue growth and improve market
  • share within the territory

  • Implementing company’s market approach by guiding Associate Consultants team
  • towards the planned direction

  • Performing direct sales and marketing activities on major accounts personally
  • Meeting the key accounts of the specifying clientele (architects, consultants, etc.)
  • regularly

  • Maintaining and developing relationships with external stakeholders (specifier,
  • contractor)

  • Negotiating prices and payment terms along with other conditions with main clients
  • within the authorized scope

  • Managing and developing Associate Consultants to improve their skills and expertise
  • Supporting Associate Consultants for meetings of high-profile clients and guiding them
  • for the right approach

  • Motivating the team to think further and strive always for more and higher
  • achievements

  • Ensuring that Associate Consultants are adding the expected number of new projects
  • to our CRM project list on a weekly basis

  • Conducting weekly team meetings to update about sales activities
  • Arranging technical and product trainings for all team members with main suppliers to
  • be always up-to-date

  • Providing monthly sales data including sales productivity and performance to the C. I. &
  • H.Ed Sector Manager GCC Region

  • Cooperating with other divisions to exchange project information
  • Being informed about latest market trends and product innovations to educate the team
  • Handling inter-departmental topics (finance, accounting, logistics, purchasing) and
  • ensuring a smooth cooperation

    Skills

  • Min. 5 years experience in Contract Furniture Industry
  • Min. 3 years experience in Middle East
  • Experience in selling into higher education sector
  • Team management experience in the Middle East region
  • Fluent English written / spoken
  • Computer Literate
  • Master Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing or equivalent
  • advantageous

  • Bachelor degree of Architectural Engineering / Design advantageous
  • Arabic language advantageous
