  • In-charge of a specificproject or projects within a company.
  • Plans, budget,oversees, and documents all aspects of the specific project workingon.
  • Works closely with upper management to make sure thatthe scope and direction of each project is on schedule, as well asother departments for support.

  • Construction management is aimed at meeting aclient's requirement in order to produce a functionally andfinancially viable project.

  • Develops the project programconsistent with contracted constraints and teammanagement.
  • Resource load the plan and publish summationsall requirements.
  • Strategizes major project activitiesutilizing experience, consultant coordination andtechnology.
  • Establishes and maintains a cost-effectivelogistics plan and process for all phases of the project.
  • Establishes, maintains and adjusts as required a comprehensive planfor plant, machinery and vehicles.
  • Establishes andmaintains full HSE plan for the project.
  • Establishes andmaintains quality control and quality assurance process andprocedures for the project.
  • Establishes project physicalcontrol from contracted transfer points.
  • Establishes, viathe organizational chart, a cohesive site team to manage allconstruction related activities.
  • Executes or cause to becompleted via the planning software track all variation,disruptions and associated impacts.
  • Evaluates all projectdisruptions to determine entitlement and cause to be completed theassociated claim.
  • Coordinates the efforts of all partiesinvolved in the project, which include the architects, consultants,contractors, sub-contractors and laborers.
  • Monitors theprogress of the construction activities on a regular basis and holdregular status meetings with all the sub-teams.
  • Coordinates with the supervising consultant to establish alldeliverables, inspections, intermediate sign-offs, close-outcoordination, interface with municipalities, and emergencyprocedures.

  • Conversant with MS officesuites and other associated software.
