Qatar Airways is currently looking for Training Publication Officer that will be responsible for creation, planning and design of all Hub related documents in a fast growing and expanding Hub team at Doha.

Role Accountabilities

Create and design of Doha Hub related staff documents both internal and external ensuring maximum visual impact aligned with company group standards.

Advise and recommend line Managers upon any editing or design faults of actual documents.

Recommend and use the correct design tools and formats for the appropriate campaigns.

Convert various types of files for printing, using specialized and appropriate software.

Complete all document creations and modifications accurately within the expected timelines.

Edit graphics and photos using pixel or bitmap editing, airbrushing, masking, or image retouching.

Operate desktop publishing software and equipment to design, layout, and produce printed and digital copies.

Check Preliminary and final proofs for errors and make necessary corrections.

Maintain an updated record with version control of all training related documents for easy access.

Organize and manage the department’s share point providing access to all concerned parties.

Coordinate regularly with the SME’s to ensure all training documents have updated information.

Initiate marketing related projects for customer facing documents to ensuring consistent communication.

Responsible for editing and publishing of monthly internal communications according to the group standards.

Qualifications

Trade or Vocational Qualification, preferred with Design related diploma or certificate.

Minimum 4 years of job-related experience

International experience in a multicultural environment.

Must be proficient in Abode Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe In design and Corel draw

Strong attention to detail is needed

Outstanding professional approach for fine and effective presentations on PowerPoint
