Diploma in Computer Science or IT; Bachelor'sdegree is preferred
Certification on ITILService Management or equivalent
5 years of experience in IT Support or helpdeskoperations
Working knowledgeon desktop hardware, operating system, softwareapplication and network troubleshooting
Strong DR Automation experience .
Good Knowledge about Computers & Operatingsystems
Ability to learn & adopt to newnetworks installed at Woqod
Good Knowledge in DRautomation softwares for Databases and Applications
High-level experience in customer supportservices
