Under coordination of the line manager capture the training needs for all employees across the organization through job analysis and performance appraisal.
Active hands on support in preparing the yearly / quarterly training calendar.
Responsible for liaising and coordinating with various department heads for the confirmation of nominations and thereafter interacting with the nominated staff for ensuring their presence in the training events
Facilitating the training programs conducted by the organization through proper arrangements of all material and equipment required for the training session.
Coordinate in maintaining and smooth running of all AAB Training effort
Support in preparation of training materials, PowerPoint Presentations and printing
To analyze the training feedback data received from employees and prepare the all necessary reports needed for HRIS.
To conduct evaluation for external trainers and external training programs under line manager coordination.
Keep track record of training library , Tools , CD’s , Manuals etc.
To prepare and monitor all training reports and submit the HRIS specific data.
To maintain the online / up to date training data in the existing information system supporting the training effort
Handle logistics for training activities including venues and equipment
Establish and maintain relationships with external training suppliers
