and consistently capture and critically analyze training feedback from stakeholders and implement modifications and enhancements to continually improve learning solutions.

Experience & Skills

Minimum 5 years experience in curriculum development and instruction.

Understanding of the learning approaches and methodologies and of the principles of implementing training programs.

Experience in generating, implementing and overseeing contracts and training service agreements.

Overseeing and evaluating vendors and external service providers.

Managing the full tender process; from invitation to awarding.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in SAP Success Factors application is an advantage.

Education

Bachelor degree in a technology or related discipline.

Postgraduate qualification in education or training is an advantage.

Minimum of 7 years experience in relevant industry and / or industrial training environment.
