DohaPosition : KEY ACCOUNTS SPECIALIST (bilingual Arabic & English)As Key Accounts Specialist you will develop our business by maintaining long-term relationships with partners.
You will work on the design of advertising, sales generated from advertising, renegotiating and improving transportation routes as well as managing other special accounts.
You will be responsible for dealing with partners in your area. Conduct business reviews with accounts and identify business opportunities and business relationships which result in the achievement of increased revenue, profitability and market share.
Responsibilities : Maintain continuous business relationship with clients and other partners and help them engage with their audienceManage and grow long term relationships with the merchants : identify opportunities and take initiatives to grow the business of your accountsProvide excellent service and support in order to build strong relationship and resolving operational issuesOwn all aspects of merchant satisfaction and help solve issues, troubleshoot as requiredOptimize partner’s content and make sure that the content of the partners are always up to dateAnalyze data and ensure month on month growth of your merchant business by making decisions on aspects like pricing and coverageOrder generation from existing accountsCommission rate renegotiation through building new commercial relationships by renewing the existing contacts by renegotiating the offerConvince the partners to go for digitalizationRe-engagement with the stopped or paused contractsMaintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including closed salesFollow-up activitiesSales expense reportIncreased sales report after placing promotionsAccount management reports, analysis sheetSkills : Diploma / Degree in Sales, Marketing or Business Administration3+ years of sales experience with strong analytical skillsA prior experience in business development is a plusUnderstands how the sales ecosystem functions, strong-willed and persuasiveShould be presentable, articulate, detail-oriented and is able to multitaskDemonstrates the ability to function independently and is comfortable with unpredictable work hoursExperience with CRM softwareExcellent computer literacy, knowledge of MS Office, in particular ExcelKnowledge of professional proposals & pricing modelBrand marketing reportsExcellent communication skills in English and ArabicJob Type : Full-timeExperience : Key Accounts / Sales : 3 years (Required)Location : Doha (Required)License : Qatar Residence Permit + NOC (Required)Qatar Driving license + Car (Required)Language : Arabic (reading & writing) (Required)English (reading & writing) (Required)
