Role purpose :

To operate and provide endto end second line support to CEMUS+service platform to meet the expectedavailability and performance levels for the service, to Implement Incidentmanagement and request fulfillment for the customer tickets to ensure providingthe services according to the service level agreement.

  • ITILFoundation v3 is required and Good understanding of the SW lifecycle : design,development testing and acceptance, implementation, performance optimizationand troubleshooting
  • Knowledgeabout Relational Database SQL programing and experience in BusinessIntelligence & ETL Systems
  • Knowledge on computer networking and infrastructure systems.
  • Must have technical / professional qualifications :

  • Bachelor of computer science / engineering
  • 2-6 years IT Support, system administration &operation.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
  • Fluent English both oral and written is a must.
  • Ownership and commitment attitude
  • Excellent analytical thinking skills and communicationSkills
  • Handling multi-tasks
  • Ability to work under Pressure
