Duties and ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative and clerical support to the General Manager and the DepartmentsMaintaining effective records and administrationTaking minutes of meetingUpholding legal documents of the companyCommunication and correspondenceManage the daily / weekly / monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments of the General Manager in coordination with the DepartmentsManage communication including emails and phone callsScreen phone calls, redirect calls, and take messagesPerform any ad hoc duties as required.

Requirements and QualificationOnly female candidates shall be considered for this positionMust have at least 2 years’ experience in the same roleGood time-management skillsAbility to multi-taskStrong interpersonal and communication skillsMust be tidy and organizedCritical-thinker and problem-solverAge Range 25 - 35 years oldPriority to be given to candidates that can join immediatelyMust be locally available within Qatar and have transferable QID with NOCJob Types : Full-time, PermanentSalary : QAR3,000.

00 - QAR3,500.00 per monthExperience : Secretary and Admin : 2 years (Required)Location : Doha (Required)
