Gain an understanding of managerring back reason from previous job history and customers contact toresolve customers query

Take ownership andmanage customers’ expectations

Manage the local land owners where we are taking the landfor the project build

Ensure questions thatarise from additional contact and manager ring backs are directedto the correct place for resolution and escalated ifrequired

Ensure customers are kept fullyinformed of developments / progress

Takepersonal ownership and deliver a personal service which exceedscustomer expectations

Identify and implementsolutions to resolve any issues that may result in a dissatisfiedcustomer

Ensure own compliance with Qualityprocedures

Ensure that SAP is updated with allconversations and agreements
