Primary purpose of job
Prepare technical analysis and detailed, articulate,Management level proposals on Reward matters that relate to HRPolicy Governance Framework used to govern the Energy Sector herein Qatar.
Experience & Skills
A minimum of 8 - 10 years total experience In HR function,specifically In the Compensation & Benefitsfield.
Proven knowledge of differentremuneration packages and expertise in the development of totalrewards strategy.
Advancedproficiency level in Microsoft Office suites such as Excel, Word,PowerPoint etc.
Prior experience in aSAP environment is highly desirable.
Excellent analytical, problem solving, communication (written andverbal) and presentation skills.
Prior experience in working with senior levels of management andcross-functional project teams. Education
Bachelor's degree in BusinessAdministration, Statistics & Behavioral Science, Commerceor Finance, preferably with CCP or GRPcertification
