  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies· Being a point of contact for a range of staff and Management· Taking notes and minutes in meetings· Greeting and directing visitors and new staff to the organization· Scheduling meetings and appointments· Supervise staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance· Writing and issuing emails to teams and departments on behalf of teams or senior staff· Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.
  • Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data· Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary· Submit timely reports and prepare presentations / proposals as assigned· Assist colleagues whenever necessary· Finding ways to improve administrative processes· Handles the daily administrative and HR duties of an organization.

    Responsible for recruitment, record maintenance and payroll processing, and provide clerical support to all employees.Job Types : Full-time, PermanentSalary : QAR3,500.

    00 - QAR4,000.00 per monthExperience : Admin and HR : 2 years (Preferred)Work Remotely : No
