Responsibilities :

  • Resolve customer complaintsvia phone, email, mail or social media
  • Conduct Labtours.
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs toachieve satisfaction
  • Provide accurate, valid andcomplete information through effective communication with theclients.
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriatesolutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up toensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions,process customer accounts and file documents
  • Followcommunication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Go theextra mile to engage customers
  • Resolve customercomplaints via phone, email, mail or social media
  • Usetelephones to reach out to customers and verify account information
  • Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reasonfor calling
  • Cancel or upgrade accounts
  • Assistwith placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges
  • Adviseon company information
  • Take payment information andother pertinent information such as addresses and phone numbers
  • Act as the company gatekeeper
  • Attempt topersuade customer to reconsider cancellation
  • Informcustomer of deals and promotions
  • Sell products andservices
  • Compile reports on overall customersatisfaction
