Installation of new IT systems upgrading existing hardware and software
Visiting users to set up their PCs or fix faulty equipment testing systems to make sure that they are working properly
Servicing printers, scanners and other office equipment (known as peripherals)
Prepares a variety of written materials (e.g., work order reports, inventory control, procedures, etc.) to document activities, providing written reference, and conveying information.
Repairs computers, peripherals, network equipment, operating systems in both on-site and the workshop
Assesses malfunctions of computer hardware and software applications to determine appropriate actions to maintain computer operations.
Attends meetings as assigned to convey and / or gather information required to perform functions.
Help to maintain computer parts Stocks, supplies, and materials to establish an inventory of items commonly required to repair computer hardware for call-off agreement and standard warranty.
