The Marketing Specialist / Account Manager will be responsible for executing effective marketing strategies, assisting with campaign development, analyzing the effectiveness of each campaign and developing our lead generation programs for all of assigned brands through digital campaigns, on-
ground advertisement, PR, events and collaborations. DETAILED ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES Account & Marketing Management
Operate as the lead point of contact from the marketing department of all assigned brands.
Develop a trusted advisor relationship with brand managers and sales executives.
Draft marketing budget and optimize advertising sources of assigned brands.
Draft and communicate marketing plans, campaign results and project recommendations to senior management team.
Lead brainstorming sessions with the Creatives Team to develop a creative and effective marketing plan.
Responsible for implementation of approved marketing strategies of assigned brands.
Manage social media accounts of assigned brands including composition of captions and execution of daily Instagram stories.
Responsible for developing of SMS copy and delivering to targeted audience.
Responsible for developing of email blast copy and delivering to targeted audience.
Give creative direction based on brands’ corporate voice for on-ground and digital marketing outputs.
Create mood boards for photo and video shoots.
Direct photo and video shoots.
Build strong relationships with third parties such as photographers, videographers and modeling agencies to ensure efficient and successful shoots.
Develop designs with creatives team for all standard marketing collaterals (Kiosk, banners, flyers, social media, etc.)
Execute daily marketing operations tasks as needed. Events & PR
Assist in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, creation of marketing collaterals, events planning)
Assist in event conceptualization and execution of assigned brands.
Establish good working relationships and rapport with traditional media and social media influencers to ensure continued patronage.
Collaborate with other companies to promote brand awareness and implement lead generation
Write press releases and prepare information for the media. Analysis & Reporting
Submit weekly marketing expenses.
Submit monthly reports on the number of leads received vs marketing expenses.
Submit marketing reports for every campaign completed on the performance of the campaign (leads gathered, expenses, brand awareness, revenue.
Research and implement new marketing channels based on target audience per brand, market behaviour and budget.
Fast action to delayed marketing campaigns due to printing and collaboration with other partners.
Accountable for overall effectiveness of marketing campaigns for each assigned brand.
Accountable for marketing presence of each assigned brand (social media, website, on-ground marketing collaterals)
Will execute marketing strategies for the 4 sectors of marketing which is for new customers, current clients (retention marketing), staff and corporate.
