This positionrequires an energetic and enthusiastic individual, who will act asa liaison between employees and the College by receiving andeffectively handling employee complaints, escalating thesecomplaints to the Specialist.
Candidates will respond to therelevant employee request and provide response based on HR policymanual (e.g. Leave request, Eligibilities, transportation, etc.
The successful candidate will support the HR Operations SectionHead in updating the HR Policies and communicating changes toemployees.
The successful candidate will conduct employeesatisfaction surveys to assess the engagement levels of employees,analyze and share results with the HR Operations Section Head andsuggest recommendations for appropriate action.
Responsibilitiesalso include creating and maintaining employees’electronic and physical files, as well as keeping track ofemployees’ information in personnel files andcommunication with the HRIS Senior Specialist to update andmaintain employee records on the system.
The HR OperationsSpecialist will conduct exit interviews and support inadministering severance, and assist with termination decisions andnotification of termination.
