Respond to all requests forquotations from internal parties within 24 hours from initial
receipt and provide reports to the Supervisor Customer Relationship.
Respond promptly tothe problems of the customer related to the service provided tothem.
Monitor the shipments on a dailybasis, deal with any issues that may have occurred (like any lostshipments, SOB status, Shipment status, Container loading andpositioning, Quoting).
Liaise with alloverseas agents ,major shipping lines and airlines in procuring thebest rates as per the customer’s requriements.
Maintain records of interactions / shipments withthe customers in an orderly manner.
Participate in the business activities for the company incooperation with the Business
development team andother relevant departments to ensure proper coordination oforders
or customer’s requirements is highlymaintained.
Coordinate with the operationdepartment to find solutions and resolve matters in relation
to customer’s queries.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and maintaina closedcontact with all customers including follow up onconcerns or other issues.
Assist A / Rcollections and support team members when needed.
Perform other job-related duties asassigned.
