  • DohaKEY RESULT AREASIn collaboration with senior management, define the scope of each assigned projectCreate a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete each projectDetermine the physical, personnel, and financial resource requirements for each projectSelect, organize and manage a team for each project;
  • contact qualified consultants to work on the projectDevelop a reasonable schedule and timeline for project completion; review each project’s schedule with senior management and all affected staff and revise the schedule as agreed;
  • ensure adherence to the scheduleDetermine the objective measures upon which each project will be evaluated at its completion and gain the approval of senior managementDevelop forms, files, and records to document, track, and evaluate project activitiesEstablish a communication schedule to update stakeholders and sponsors on project progressExecute the project according to the project plan;
  • monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the projectReview the quality of completed work with the project team on a regular basis to ensure that it meets the project standardsWrite reports on each project for management, sponsors, and any other stakeholdersMonitor and approve all budgeted project expenditures;
  • manage all project funds according to established accounting policies and proceduresMonitor cash flow projections and report actual cash flow and variance to senior management on a regular basis (monthly / bimonthly)Prepare financial reports and supporting documentation for sponsors as outlined in funding agreementsEvaluate project outcomes as established during the planning phase for reporting to management, sponsors, and other stakeholdersOther reasonable tasks as assigned by supervisorDetailed DescriptionMinimum Knowledge, Skills & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Business Administration or other relevant field8-

    based solutionsKnowledge of international school curriculums and school accreditationInsight and understanding into best practices in education worldwide including knowledge of the latest research results and most effective innovations in K-

  • 12 educationStrong presentation skills as well as strong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent writing skills with the ability to draft and edit a variety of written reports and communications and to articulate ideas clearly and concisely;
