JOB PURPOSE :
Initiate, build and enhance relationships with potential customers to expand Elan Print production customer base and generate sales revenue.
Oversee sales activities of Elan production.
KEY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES :
Assist in achievement of Unit sales targets as well as contribute to overall Elan Print Production Sales performance.
Achieve targeted sales revenue by enhance third party sales.
Identify potential customers and approach them to present Elan Print production capabilities and to build business fruitful relationship.
In case of a strategic client importance, liaise with the GM and Print production team to develop the best client approach.
Develop proposals for the potential clients that meet their needs and ensuring that terms and conditions / pricing are in line with the approved guidelines.
Provide ideas and recommendations to incorporate marketing effort into sales activities.
Manage relationships with the assigned existing clients and coordinate resolution of any issues.
Analyse clients for up-selling opportunities aiming to maximize their contract value.
Consult clients with regards to print production planning and Elan Print production services applicable to their needs.
Implement customer loyalty strengthening programmes to ensure that clients are willing to continue business relationship with Elan Production.
Prepare and submit reports on sales portfolio performance to the GM production.
Drive revenue and clients to the Elan Print production portfolio, and hit all targets, monthly, quarterly and annually.
Provide daily advice and guidance to the Executives (if applicable) as well as monitor their performance ensuring it complies with the relevant policies and procedures.
Perform any other work related duties as assigned by the GM production.
Contribute towards people development initiatives.
Ensure compliance to all relevant safety, quality and environmental management policies, procedures and controls across the department to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance, delivery of high quality products / services and a responsible environmental attitude.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS :
Degree in, Business Administration or related discipline (Marketing, Print Production).
Above 5 years of relevant managerial experience, working in a Print Production Sales environment.
Good working knowledge of all forms of production.
Very good knowledge of sales and account management concepts.
Solid understanding of Elan Print production services, products and offerings.
Good understanding of CRM tools and their application.
Very good understanding of, and relationships with print production agencies and direct clients.
Knowledge of, and experience of Ad Serving technologies would be an advantage.
Awareness on the wide format printing technology and materials.
