Identifytop 3 best in class global InfrastructureOrganizations for benchmarking withdetailed reasoning of relevanceto each activity to the Organization and carryout Value ChainAnalysis.
Shallprepare and facilitate Memorandum ofAgreements, meetings and visits with theidentified Organizations(International & Regional) for facilitatingbenchmarking,whilst adhering to all the protocols and regulations of the StateofQatar and Internal ones as required.
Analyzeandprioritize the gaps based on impact to the outcome KPI
Proposeinitiatives and action plans to bridge the gaps. Eachinitiative and actionplan identified shall be supported by adetailed analysis and business case interm of time and cost saving,quality improvements, productivity improvements,controlsenhancement and safety improvement and organizational andbusinessreadiness.
