  • Toset up a detailed overall planfor organizational benchmarking
  • Toprepare a list of bestorganizations similar in functions to the Organizationwithrationale.
  • Tomap between the Organization functions andValue Chain and the best-implementedpractices in the global market.
  • Toprepare a list of areas with respect to time, cost andquality that can bebenchmarked and prioritized based on thecomplexity, all with business casesthat are approved across variouslevels
  • Toprepare List of Policies, Processes, Practicesand technology improvementsolutions. All with business cases thatare approved across various levels
  • Toprepare theBenchmarking roadmap for five (5) years : a. External - outsideQatar;b. National - Inside Qatar
  • Toprepare BenchmarkingAnalysis Report (Including business cases, slides, excelsheets withcalculations, all templates, analysis and recommendations)
  • Toconduct Knowledge Management sessions for all theconcerned Departments toadopt the benchmarking practice andmethodology a.
  • Awareness Sessions; b. Trainings;c. Lessons Learntdatabase

  • To RecommendChange Management methodologieswith the benefits of each methodology andbusiness case, including : a. Change Management Methodology;
  • b. Changemanagementimplementation; c. Training Planning & Quality Departmentstaffon Change Management methodologies and how to implement thechange managementmethodologies Detailedactivities shall include,but not limited to :

  • Definekey parameters forBenchmarking the performance and efficiency forConstruction,Operations and Maintenance of; Highways, Roads, DrainageandBuildings at the Organization.
  • Proposeoutcome KPIsfor the Core Businesses in terms of Cost, Time and Quality
  • Identifytop 3 best in class global InfrastructureOrganizations for benchmarking withdetailed reasoning of relevanceto each activity to the Organization and carryout Value ChainAnalysis.
  • Shallprepare and facilitate Memorandum ofAgreements, meetings and visits with theidentified Organizations(International & Regional) for facilitatingbenchmarking,whilst adhering to all the protocols and regulations of the StateofQatar and Internal ones as required.
  • Analyzeandprioritize the gaps based on impact to the outcome KPI
  • Proposeinitiatives and action plans to bridge the gaps. Eachinitiative and actionplan identified shall be supported by adetailed analysis and business case interm of time and cost saving,quality improvements, productivity improvements,controlsenhancement and safety improvement and organizational andbusinessreadiness.
  • Defineprocess and technologyimprovement solutions for the Organization
