  • Develop, implement and managespend data collection tools and repositories and managementreporting
  • Periodically analyse spend data anddevelop management dashboards and reports to supportdecision-making and induce effective demand management
  • Develop and implement tools and processes to managesupplier performance
  • Investigate and maintainsupply market intelligence
  • Provide support inthe development of scope of works and gain approval of procurementstrategy and manage approval processes
  • Developtender documentation, pricing estimates and weighted rankings forwork packages
  • Present business case toClient’s Grand Tender Committee
  • Identify potential suppliers and prepare tenderadvertisements and set up pre-bid conferences
  • Develop a scoring mechanism which can be used to managetender queries and technical capabilities
  • Review tender responses and develop weighted rankings andevaluation report
  • Develop final supplierrecommendations to Client decision-makers
  • Increase visibility of procurement spend to inform seniormanagement decision making and asset planning
  • Prepare Work Order Packages and select contractor toperform work and communicate award of Work Orders toContractors
  • Gather Contractor performance dataand manage KPI reporting
  • Collaborate withengineers, legal and finance departments in all aspects of Contractand Contract Management
  • Work with keystakeholders to embed knowledge of Client procurement processes andsystems
  • Implement the optimal procurementoperating model to suit the needs of client
  • Ensure compliance with all processes and proceduresrelating to EDAMs, EAMs and other client systems and processes andidentify and discontinue duplicate activities
  • Interface with Client stakeholders to secure on-timedelivery of supply chain & procurementrequirements
  • Manage and foster partneringrelations with key suppliers to encourage value-add, innovation andcontinuous improvement
  • Maintain awareness ofclient requirements in service area and delivery quality internalcustomer service
  • Maximise the use oftechnology and management information to realise enhancedvalue
  • Research and keep up to date withcurrent and future procurement and contract managementrequirements
  • Share relevant knowledge andexperience, understand and communicate to others the various aims,concepts, principles and practice applied to deliver / meetclient'
