DohaThe Employee responsibility includes : The Facilities Maintenance Lead has responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the assigned location, including operations and maintenance of buildings, equipment, and utilities.
Ensures all site operations are in compliance with the goals of the customer and according to company policies and procedures.
Principal AccountabilitiesTo lead a team of Technicians for successful execution of MEP-HVAC Maintenance Contract ActivitiesTroubleshooting and maintaining all kinds of Mechanical & Electrical equipment’s & systems such as HVAC (Chillers, package AC units, Cold Rooms, Refrigerators), plumbing, electrical, low current systems, generator, BMS and other MEP equipment’s.
3. To Complete project management, supervision and maintenance MEP Maintenance Contract for High Rise Towers, Commercial Complex, Substations, Labor accommodation, Warehouse etc.
4. The candidates must have thorough knowledge of routine PPM, Troubleshooting & Breakdown Activities.Responsibilities : Establishes work requirements, coordinates, prioritizes and successfully completes short and long term projects.
Ensures building integrity and maintenance of electrical, water, air systems and maintenance of facility grounds.Oversees facility operation including general maintenance of HVAC and electrical systems and installation of customer and company mechanical / electrical solutions.
Manages the planning, procurement and use of equipment needed to ensure timely and efficient response to general and building services requests.
Supervises numerous vendor and subcontractor relationships.Oversees and implements all safety policies and procedures. Ensure that all safety requirements are observed.
Prepares and presents reports to senior management regarding the status of facilities activities, construction and / or renovation projects as required.
Perform other qualified duties as assigned. Able to review shop drawings and resolve any discrepancy and error.Check and approve material and drawing submittals.
Good knowledge in international standards and codes.Experience : With 5-10 Years’ ExperienceEducation : BE / BTECH or Diploma with reputed university.
Mechanical / Electrical).Knowledge & SkillsAdvanced knowledge of building operations and management.Knowledge of and skilled in plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, electrical systems, cleaning, water and sanitationExcellent analytical skills.
